When will TD Garden be able to host 100% of fans?

On May 17, Governor Baker and Mayor Janey announced that TD Garden has been permitted to increase from 25-percent to full capacity beginning May 29, 2021. The Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics have confirmed with their respective leagues that TD Garden is permitted to align with City and State guidelines and return to near full capacity beginning May 29, 2021.

Will I be able to transfer, donate or resell my tickets if I cannot use them?

Yes, anyone who purchases tickets will have the ability to transfer, donate or resell tickets via Account Manager. You should contact your account executives/representatives if you require additional assistance if needed. 

What if I get sick prior to the game?

If you have tickets to a game and you or a member of your party become sick and cannot agree to the Play It Safe Promise on the day of your event, you may transfer, resell, or donate your tickets through Account Manager. You should contact your account executives/representatives if you require additional assistance if needed.

I am a Boston Garden Society, Season Ticket Member, or Season Ticket Holder, will my seats be available?

Per NBA and NHL guidelines, TD Garden has been permitted to host fans at near full capacity. However, some restrictions are still in place for certain seating areas, including courtside and glass seats. Please contact your fan representative or account executive with questions. 

What is Play It Safe?

The Play It Safe commitment to care is a comprehensive program designed to help ensure the continued health and safety of TD Garden guests and associates and reduce the spread of infectious diseases like COVID-19.   

Using the Play It Safe protocols, we’ve reengineered our operational and sanitation procedures to minimize contact risk and bolstered hygiene to exceed best-practice guidelines from the CDC.  Additionally, we have incorporated all guidelines from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local public safety and public health officials, the NHL, and the NBA.  Our commitment remains to prioritize the safety of our guests, associates and players.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend an event at TD Garden?

No, vaccination is not required to enter TD Garden. 

Do you have vaccinated and non-vaccinated sections?

No.

Are your associates and employees required to get vaccinated?

Yes. All associates are required to complete the associate Play It Safe Promise before coming to work and to wear masks at all times when working at TD Garden. All TD Garden associates have received special training on CDC recommended guidelines and our Play It Safe procedures, as well as the personal protective equipment necessary to do their job.  Vendors working at TD Garden will abide by all TD Garden health and safety policies. 

Do I need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test to attend an event at TD Garden?

No. By entering TD Garden, guests agree to the Play It Safe Promise. Please note, masks are strongly recommended for unvaccinated fans.

What do I do if I (or someone from my group) begin to experience symptoms while attending an event at TD Garden?

If you begin to feel ill during a game or event, notify a TD Garden associate and/or go to TD Garden’s First Aid location on level 4 across from Loge section 15. 

Guests are reminded to stay home if they are sick and to always keep their masks on, unless actively eating or drinking.

What is the mask policy? Are there exceptions?

In accordance with the CDC and NHL, masks will no longer be required for fully vaccinated fans at TD Garden. Masks are strongly recommended for unvaccinated fans.

Reminder: Masks remain mandatory on public and private transportation systems including the MBTA and Commuter Rail: www.mbta.com.

All associates (including 3rd party employees an vendors) are required to wear a company issued black mask at all times and complete the Play It Safe Promise, a digital health agreement, prior entering TD Garden.

How do I report concern regarding other guests’ conduct?

Guests are encouraged to report issues using the Fan Safe Text Hotline at 857-400-8763*.

*The Fan Safe Text Hotline is actively monitored during events, beginning 90 minutes prior to the start time of the event through the end of the event. If you need assistance during non-event days and times, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] or 617-624-1331.

What is the bag policy and are there exceptions?

To uphold health and safety protocols, minimize contact, and ensure a more efficient entry process, TD Garden strongly discourages guests from bringing bags.

If guests chose to bring a bag, its dimensions must be under 14”x14”x6”.  Per NBA/NHL security policies, all bags entering TD Garden will be x-ray screened and inspected, including clear bags and ProShop powered by ’47 bags. Guests with bags will be directed to designated x-ray screening and inspection lines at each entrance gate.

Medical and diaper bags will be permitted but will be screened at designated x-ray screening gates. Patrons with prohibited items (including but not limited to large backpacks, coolers or hard-sided bags of any kind) will be turned away will not be permitted entry to the arena. TD Garden does not provide on-site storage. Guests are asked to plan accordingly and allow for extra time when arriving to TD Garden.

How will I know where to enter TD Garden?

Your entry gate will be listed on your mobile ticket.  Prior to arrival, all ticketed guests will receive a ‘Know Before You Go’ email with entry details and maps, Play It Safe reminders, and other important information.  Upon arrival, the entry gates will be clearly marked.

What food and beverage options will be available?

A variety of walk-up concession stands, grab ‘n go, mobile order/pick-up and bars will be available for all guests. More Info.

Will the Proshop powered by ’47 be open?

Yes, the Proshop powered by ’47 is open. For hours of operation and more information, please visit www.bostonproshop.com

Is the Box Office open?

Yes, TD Garden Box Office will be open and operating on game days, opening two hours prior to the start of the game and closing one hour after the start of the game. Masks are recommended for anyone visiting the Box Office. Guests are reminded that TD Garden is using all mobile ticketing and that they should use the TD Garden Hub App to download their tickets prior to arriving at TD Garden.

Is the parking garage open?

Yes. To reduce touch points, guests are encouraged to pre-purchase parking in TD Garden’s North Station Garage here

Can I take the MBTA to North Station?

Yes, please check MBTA and Commuter Rail schedules and guidelines prior to planning your visit
