Wheelchair Escorts are available for disabled guests who may need assistance getting to and/or from their seat. Our escorts will meet a guest at the entry doors and assist them to their seat, as well as meeting them at the end of event and escort them to nearest exit.
To arrange for a wheelchair escort, please click here to launch our wheelchair request form. Pre-arranged wheelchair requests must be submitted 72 hours prior to your event. A member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to confirm your request. If you have any additional concerns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are not able to submit your request within the 72 hour time frame, you may request a wheelchair upon arrival at Elevator 1. All wheelchair escorts will meet at Elevator 1 unless an alternate location was approved by TD Garden personnel.

The arena offers a variety of wheelchair and companion seating locations throughout each level. TD Garden’s “Legendary Transformation” project has added wheelchair and companion seating dispersed throughout the arena bowl and improve sightlines at each accessible seating location.

TD Garden reserves the right to take appropriate action up to and including investigation, relocation, ejection, or season ticket revocation for accessible seating ticket fraud. Accessible seating ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability for the purpose of obtaining accessible seating.
Assistive Listening Devices
Guests are advised to contact the ADA info line at 617-624-1750 or email@example.com to request an Assistive Listening Devices at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event at TD Garden. For guests who do reserve an assistive listening device ahead of time for an event, a major credit card or a driver’s license or state issued I.D. to ensure that the devices are promptly returned to the TD Garden Customer Service Office, located on the Level 4 concourse outside of Loge Section 4, at the completion of use.

Wheelchair Space Locations
Guests with disabilities and their companions may purchase wheelchair space locations that are dispersed both vertically and horizontally throughout the facility in numerous price ranges. These tickets are available at the time of event onsale. Please refer to the above-listed phone numbers for seating inquiries.
Service dogs that are trained to provide services and tasks for persons with disabilities are permitted. Support or companion animals are not permitted. Guests with service dogs may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat for the service dog.
TD Garden has one public elevator, located in the middle of North Station, to access Level 2. On Level 2, there are two elevators that will provide access to all arena levels.
