A member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to confirm your request. If you have any additional concerns, please email us at email@example.com If you are not able to submit your request within the 72-hour time frame, you may request a wheelchair upon arrival at Elevator 1. All wheelchair escorts will meet at Elevator 1 unless an alternate location was approved by TD Garden personnel.
TD Garden is committed to providing accessibility and accommodation to all of our guests for their comfort, safety and enjoyment. The arena offers a variety of wheelchair and companion seating locations throughout each level. TD Garden’s “Legendary Transformation” project has added wheelchair and companion seating dispersed throughout the arena bowl and improve sightlines at each accessible seating location.

Assistive Listening Devices
TD Garden has assistive listening devices available at all TD Garden events for guests who may be deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or have low vision. To access an assistive listening device, guests should visit Guest Services offices on Level 4 at Loge 4, or Level 7 at Balcony 305. Assistive listening devices are complimentary for guest use, and we ask that they are returned at the conclusion of the event. During Bruins and Celtics games, listening devices offer both in-arena PA announcements and FM radio play-by-play commentary.
