Accessible Entrances
TD Garden’s accessible entrance is located at our main entrance at the Hub on Causeway. There are elevators located beside the Hub on Causeway escalators. Additionally, Elevator #1 is located on ground level inside North Station and is accessible to all guests attending events.
Accessibility Escorts
To arrange for a wheelchair or walking escort, please click here to launch our escort request form. Pre-arranged escort requests must be submitted 72 hours prior to your event. A member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to confirm your request. If you have any additional concerns, please email us at customerservice@tdgarden.com If you are not able to submit your request within the 72-hour time frame, you may request a wheelchair upon arrival at Elevator 1. All wheelchair escorts will meet at Elevator 1 unless an alternate location was approved by TD Garden personnel.
Accessible Seating
TD Garden is committed to providing accessibility and accommodation to all of our guests for their comfort, safety and enjoyment. The arena offers a variety of wheelchair and companion seating locations throughout each level. TD Garden’s “Legendary Transformation” project has added wheelchair and companion seating dispersed throughout the arena bowl and improve sightlines at each accessible seating location.
To purchase accessible seating for events at TD Garden, please visit www.ticketmaster.com, select the event of interest and click on the accessible seating icon in the top right corner. Tickets can also be purchased at the TD Garden Box Office during normal business hours. Guests seeking assistance with accessible seating ticketing purchases should contact Ticketmaster customer service at 800-653-8000.
Please be advised that wheelchair and companion seating is for guests with disabilities and their companions. TD Garden reserves the right to take appropriate action up to and including investigation, relocation, ejection, or season ticket revocation for accessible seating ticket fraud. Accessible seating ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability for the purpose of obtaining accessible seating.
Animals
Service dogs that are trained to provide services and tasks for persons with disabilities are permitted. Support or companion animals are not permitted. Guests with service dogs may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat for the service dog.
Assistive Listening Devices
TD Garden has assistive listening devices available at all TD Garden events for guests who may be deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or have low vision. To access an assistive listening device, guests should visit Guest Services offices on Level 4 at Loge 4, or Level 7 at Balcony 305. Assistive listening devices are complimentary for guest use, and we ask that they are returned at the conclusion of the event. During Bruins and Celtics games, listening devices offer both in-arena PA announcements and FM radio play-by-play commentary.
Certified Sensory Inclusive
TD Garden is certified sensory inclusive. In addition to offering sensory bags and sensory rooms, TD Garden team members have undergone training to better cater to our guests with and without sensory needs. TD Garden has partnered with KultureCity – the nation’s leading nonprofit on sensory accessibility and acceptance for those with invisible disabilities – to make all events hosted at the arena sensory inclusive.
Sensory bags can be checked out at Guest Services locations on the Loge concourse at section 4, and on the Balcony concourse at section 305. Sensory bags contain noise canceling headphones, fidget toys, cue cards, and a KultureCity VIP credential and lanyard.
Sensory rooms contain appliances such as bubble walls, dino textured wall art, play panels, nanoleaf panels, a custom art piece, a nunoerin bench, and Yogibo bean bags.
Sensory rooms can be found in the following locations:
- Level 4: Loge 5
- Level 5: Outside Suite 503
- Level 7: Balcony 306
- Level 9: Outside Rafters 31
Please note that many events hosted at TD Garden feature pyrotechnics, flashing lights, lasers, and loud noises.
Elevators & Escalators
TD Garden has multiple public elevators located throughout the arena. When arriving at TD Garden, guests may use Elevator #1, located on ground level inside North Station. Elevator #1 is located across from the ProShop powered by '47 and is accessible to the public once general doors open.
All levels of TD Garden are accessible by elevator, escalator, and stairs. Public elevators are operated by TD Garden team members.
Family & Accessible Restrooms
Family restrooms are located in the following locations:
- Level 4: Loge 8
- Level 4: Loge 15 (within First Aid)
- Level 5: Outside Suite 503
- Level 6: Outside Suite 605
- Level 7: Balcony 304
- Level 7: Balcony 320
- Level 9: Rafters 7
All restrooms located within TD Garden are fully accessible. If you are having difficulty locating a restroom during your visit to TD Garden, please ask a team member for assistance.
Food & Beverage Medical and Religious Accommodations
If you or someone in your party has a medical condition or other need to bring in food or beverage from outside of the arena, please reach out to TD Garden Customer Service in advance of your event at customerservice@tdgarden.com.
Interpretive Services
Guests are advised to contact the ADA line at 617-624-1750 or email accessibleneeds@tdgarden.com at the time of purchase, or at least 14 days prior to the date of the scheduled event, to arrange for interpretive services.
Live Captioning
Live captioning services are available for guests attending all Bruins and Celtics games at TD Garden. Live captions can be found in the arena bowl on the digital rings above Loge 5 and Loge 16.

Wheelchair Space Locations
Guests with disabilities and their companions may purchase wheelchair space locations that are dispersed both vertically and horizontally throughout the facility in numerous price ranges.
