Lost and Found

Lost an item? Report it as lost here. Once submitted, our team will review your claim and follow up with you directly within two business days.

Was your item found? Found items can be retrieved by visiting TD Garden’s Security Operations entrance, located at 100 Legends Way, Boston, MA 02114. Found items can be retrieved between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday*. Items may also be retrieved outside of these hours, but accommodations must be coordinated directly with TD Garden Customer Service.
*some exceptions, including federal holidays, may apply.

Sensitive items, such as credit cards and identification cards are securely disposed of 24 hours after they are received. All other unclaimed items are disposed of after 10 business days, unless otherwise arranged. TD Garden is not liable for items lost inside the venue.
