Play It Safe: Commitment to Care. Guidelines & Protocals

The Play It Safe commitment to care is a comprehensive program designed to help ensure the continued health and safety of TD Garden guests and associates and reduce the spread of infectious diseases like COVID-19.

Using the Play It Safe protocols, we’ve reengineered our operational and sanitation procedures to minimize contact risk and bolstered hygiene to exceed best-practice guidelines from the CDC. Additionally, we have incorporated all guidelines from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local public safety and public health officials, the NHL, and the NBA. Our commitment remains to prioritize the safety of our guests, associates and players.

In alignment with the City of Boston, TD Garden Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics have lifted the proof of vaccination requirement and the indoor mask mandate. Per CDC guidelines, masks are highly recommended for those who are high risk but are no longer required.

*Please note, certain events, seating locations and experiences may require additional health and safety guidelines per the request of promoters, touring artists or league protocols. Please check for specific updates on the event page and be sure to review all communications distributed to you prior to your event.
