What are the entry requirements for guests coming to events at TD Garden.

In alignment with the City of Boston, TD Garden Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics have lifted the proof of vaccination requirement and the indoor mask mandate. Per CDC guidelines, masks are highly recommended for those who are high risk but are no longer required.

Please note, certain events, seating locations and experiences may require additional health and safety guidelines per the request of promoters, touring artists or league protocols. Please check for specific updates on the event page and be sure to review all communications distributed to you prior to your event.

Do I need proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to attend an event at TD Garden?

No, proof of COVID-19 vaccination and/or a negative COVID-19 test result is not required for general seating at TD Garden. If you are a Celtics Courtside ticketholder, please contact your Celtics representative for additional information.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend an event at TD Garden?

No, vaccination is not required to enter TD Garden.

Do you have vaccinated and non-vaccinated sections?

No. 

What is Play It Safe?

The Play It Safe commitment to care is a comprehensive program designed to help ensure the continued health and safety of TD Garden guests and associates and reduce the spread of infectious diseases like COVID-19. 

Using the Play It Safe protocols, we’ve reengineered our operational and sanitation procedures to minimize contact risk and bolstered hygiene to exceed best-practice guidelines from the CDC.  Additionally, we have incorporated all guidelines from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local public safety and public health officials, the NHL, and the NBA.  Our commitment remains to prioritize the safety of our guests, associates and players.   To learn more about the specific guidelines and protocols in place at TD Garden, visit TDGarden.com/PlayItSafe.

What if I get sick prior to the game?

Guests are reminded to stay home if they are sick. If you have tickets to a game and you or a member of your party become sick, you may transfer, resell, or donate your tickets through Account Manager. You should contact your account executives/representatives if you require additional assistance if needed.

Are your associates and employees required to wear masks?

How do I report concern regarding other guests’ conduct?

Guests are encouraged to report issues using the Fan Safe Text Hotline at 276-FAN-SAFE (326-7233)*.

*The Fan Safe Text Hotline is actively monitored during events, beginning 90 minutes prior to the start time of the event through the end of the event. If you need assistance during non-event days and times, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@tdgarden.com or 617-624-1331.

Is the Box Office open?

Yes, TD Garden Box Office will be open and operating on game days, opening two hours prior to the start of the game and closing one hour after the start of the game. Masks are recommended for anyone visiting the Box Office. Guests are reminded that TD Garden is using all mobile ticketing and that they should use the TD Garden Hub App to download their tickets prior to arriving for an event.

Is the parking garage open

Yes. To reduce touch points, guests are encouraged to pre-purchase parking in TD Garden’s North Station Garage here.
