Seating for Patrons with Disabilities
The TD Garden Access Service Center places high priority on the comfort and safety of its patrons. The TD Garden also recognizes the needs of people with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Every effort has been made to comply with both ADA and Commonwealth accessibility guidelines to accommodate patrons with disabilities. Patrons requiring assistance should contact the TD Garden in advance of their visit with questions or concerns.
For accessible seating purchases you may call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 and specify you require accessible seating options, come directly to TD Garden Box Office during normal business hours or visit www.ticketmaster.com, select your event and click on the accessible seating option.
Assistive Listening Devices
Guests are advised to contact the ADA line at (617) 624-1750 or email@example.com to request an Assistive Listening Devices at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event at TD Garden. For guests who do reserve an assistive listening device ahead of time for an event, a major credit card or a driver’s license or state issued I.D. to ensure that the devices are promptly returned to the TD Garden Customer Service Office, located on the level 4 concourse outside of Loge section 4, at the completion of use.
Guests are advised to contact the ADA line at (617) 624-1750 or firstname.lastname@example.org at the time of purchase, or at least 7 days prior to the date of the scheduled event, to arrange for interpretive services.
Wheelchair Space Locations
Guests with disabilities and their companions may enjoy wheelchair space locations that are dispersed both vertically and horizontally throughout the facility in numerous price ranges. Please refer to the above listed phone numbers for seating inquiries.
Service dogs that are trained to provide services and tasks for persons with disabilities, and any animals that are an integral part of the approved show, are permitted. Support or companion animals are not permitted. Guests with service dogs may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat for the service dog.
The TD Garden has (2) public elevators, one located in the Southeast corner of the arena and the other is located in the Southwest corner. Both elevators provide access to all levels.
Wheelchair Escorts are available for disabled guests who may need assistance getting to and/or from their seat. Our escorts will meet a guest at the entry doors and assist them to their seat, as well as meeting them at the end of event and escort them to nearest exit.
