You can now scan your mobile tickets at TD Garden for every event at every entrance!
The TD Garden Box Office has moved to its new, permanent location on the North Station concourse. The Box Office is located between the Boston Garden Society lobby and the entrance to the new MBTA passageway. The parking garage elevators nearest to the Box Office are the East Garage elevators and/or The Hub elevators.
Event Day Ticket Resolution
On an event day, for ticket servicing needs, guests should now visit the new, Ticket Service Center located on Level 2 of TD Garden, next to the entrance turnstiles above the Hub on Causeway. This new center will ensure streamlined ticket resolution as it relates to accessing tickets, transferring tickets, app technical difficulties, and any other issues related to ticket servicing. On event days, the Ticket Service Center will be open from general doors through one hour after the event start time.
The Sports Museum and Heritage Hall Ticketing:
Guests wanting more information on purchasing tickets to The Sports Museum and/or Heritage Hall, should also plan to visit the Ticket Service Center on Level 2. Hours on non-event days will be from 10am-3:30pm.

Boston Advanced to Next Round of Selection Process to Host 2028 Democratic National Convention
Today, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) announced that Boston is one of the five cities selected to move forward in the selection process to host the Democratic National Convention in 2028.TD Garden to Host UConn–Duke Women’s Basketball
TD Garden will host a premier women’s college basketball showdown on November 28, 2026, as the UConn Huskies and Duke Blue Devils tip off a newly announced three-game series. The contest in Boston will be followed by a home-and-home series, with UConn traveling to Durham in 2027–28 and Duke visiting Connecticut in 2028–29.
