The one and only Chef Jason Gorman is whipping up a crowd pleaser. Try this New England Lobster Bruschetta recipe at your next dinner party!

New England Lobster Bruschetta
Serves 6

2lbs fresh cooked lobster meat, removed from the shell
1ea fresh French baguette, sliced on an 1” angle
1cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
8 fresh basil leaves
1/2ea fresh lemon
¼ cup mayonnaise
8ea roasted garlic cloves
2tsp kosher salt
1cup olive oil

Method of Preparation:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Place garlic cloves in a small casserole dish. Add olive oil but save 2 tbsp of olive oil and set aside for baguette. Cover the garlic with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 to 60 minutes. Once cooked, remove foil and let cool on the counter.
  2. Brush slices of baguette with reserved olive oil and a pinch of salt. Place baguette slices on a foil wrapped sheet pan and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Combine lobster, cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic cloves, mayonnaise, squeeze of fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper. Once mixed spoon over toasted baguette and garnish with fresh torn pieces of basil leaves. Enjoy!
