TD Garden Kicks-Off Season with a Completed Hub on Causeway, New Chef-Inspired Food & Beverage Offerings, Corporate Partners, and Updates to the TD Garden Hub Mobile App

BOSTON, MA (October 17, 2022) – TD Garden, home to the storied Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics, is excited to begin the 2022-23 season with a completed Hub on Causeway and Legendary Transformation, renovated visiting locker rooms, reimagined concession offerings, new corporate partnerships, upgrades to the TD Garden Hub mobile app, and more.

THE HUB ON CAUSEWAY & LEGENDARY TRANSFORMATION COMPLETED

Delaware North and Boston Properties recently announced the completion of The Hub on Causeway, a joint venture that broke ground in 2016 and developed more than 1.5 million square feet of mixed-use retail, office, hotel, residential space, and an expansion of TD Garden on the 2.5-acre site. Guests can now live, work and play at Boston’s newest entertainment district.

In addition to the completion of The Hub on Causeway, the third, and final, phase of TD Garden’s Legendary Transformation is finished. Visiting teams and tours will now be able to enjoy new back-of-house spaces and locker rooms.

NEW CONCESSION OFFERINGS

TD Garden offers the most diverse food and beverage options of all arenas in New England, and this season, Sportservice, Delaware North-owned food and beverage and retail operator, continues to push the limits for the fan culinary experience. To celebrate the start of a new season, Sportservice has put together some wicked good eats:

A freshly grilled hot dog, topped with nacho cheese, jalapeños, served on a pretzel roll.

SHOPBOS

During the offseason, TD Garden rebranded its internal retail spaces on Levels 4 & 5, now known as SHOPBOS. These renovated spaces blend past, present and future, offering fans a state-of-the-art shopping experience, which includes self-checkout capabilities on Level 4. With self-checkout, guests will be able to enjoy an increased speed of service and efficiency. Photos of SHOPBOS available HERE.

TD GARDEN HUB MOBILE APP

  • New features to the TD Garden Hub mobile app are now available on Google Play and the App Store. Updated version includes:
  • Improved Login Experience – The TD Garden Hub app now has Ticketmaster single sign-on (SSO). By linking your Ticketmaster account to the app, all your purchased tickets and parking passes will automatically be added.  
  • Refreshed Home Screen and Menu – This new update will give guests a cleaner, easier way to navigate the home screen and menu. Guests will be able to access their tickets and day of game features as soon as they login. 
  • Mobile Gift Cards – Send a gift card to your friends through the app. Mobile gift cards can now be used to purchase in-arena food, beverage, and Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics and TD Garden merchandise within the arena at SHOPBOS and outside at The ProShop powered by ‘47.
  • Pre-Paid Parking – Skip the line to pay for parking by paying for your parking in the TD Garden Hub app! Simply pull your ticket at the gate and scan your ticket in the app to pay before you exit.  

BOSTON GARDEN SOCIETY

Starting this fall, Rapid7, a Boston-headquartered cybersecurity leader, will sponsor a premium “Rapid7 Rafters” seating section at TD Garden. The Rapid7 Rafters is a high energy, membership-based social club located on the top floor of TD Garden. Opened in 2019, this Boston Garden Society space has the most unique vantage points in the arena with the Bruins and Celtics championship banners serving as the backdrop. Rapid7 Rafters members have on-demand ticket access to all Bruins and Celtics games and concerts.

NEW CORPORATE PARTNERS

WIN Waste Innovations is bringing its curb-to-grid waste-handling model to the NHL. As the Official Waste & Recycling Services Provider of the Boston Bruins and TD Garden, WIN Waste Innovations will collect, handle and process the trash and recyclables generated at the arena and convert waste into renewable energy. The partnership with Boston Bruins and TD Garden is projected to divert more than 2,000 tons of arena waste from landfills, offsetting the need for nearly 2,500 barrels of oil or 717 tons of coal to produce the equivalent energy. WIN Waste Innovations recycles 235K+ tons of plastics, metals and paper each year and converts more than 6.7 million tons of waste into renewable energy that powers communities and businesses throughout the Greater New England region.
