Shannon Torgerson Fills Role as Assistant General Counsel

Boston, MA (July 18, 2022) – Delaware North announced today that Shannon Torgerson has been named Assistant General Counsel for the Boston Bruins and TD Garden. Torgerson will report to Timothy McEvoy, Delaware North’s Deputy General Counsel.

As Assistant General Counsel, Torgerson will be responsible for providing advice and counsel to senior management, with a specific focus on Boston-related large-scale contracts, joint ventures and other commercial transactions. She will also advise on federal, state, and local regulatory matters. 

A demonstrated leader, Torgerson brings nearly two decades of legal, regulatory and compliance experience to the arena, including serving as legal counsel for the San Diego Zoo, representing financial institutions as an associate at Latham & Watkins and Hogan Lovells and leading compliance teams at Beth Israel Lahey Health. 

Torgerson received her Bachelor of Science from Boston University, Master of Arts from the University of Southern California and law degree from Northwestern University.
