DAY OF EVENT ONLY - Fill out your Play it Safe Promise

EVERYONE plays an important role in facilitating a safe environment at TD Garden. With new guidelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we require that EVERYONE entering TD Garden commit to the following Play it Safe Promise policies. The Play It Safe Promise must be completed on the day of your event and presented to security when you arrive at your Boston Garden Society Entrance. Please use the TD Garden App to complete and display your Play It Safe promise upon arrival.

Updated Bag Policy

To uphold health and safety protocols, minimize contact and ensure a swifter entry process, TD Garden has a no bag policy.    

If a bag is necessary for medical reasons or childcare, bags may not exceed 14”x14”x6”. All bags (including clear bags and ProShop bags) are subject to x-ray screening and inspection. Patrons with prohibited items will not be permitted entry to the arena. TD Garden does not provide on-site storage. Guests are asked to plan accordingly and allow for extra time when arriving to TD Garden.  

Health & Safety Protocols

At TD Garden, we ‘Play It Safe’. This means we’ve created a new set of guidelines and protocols to protect the health and safety of our guests. We kindly ask our guest to follow our Play it Safe protocols by adhering to the following:  

  • Face masks are required to be worn at all times in TD Garden. Masks can be removed while actively eating or drinking only.  Neck gaiters, bandanas, masks with valves or vents, and any covering with only a single layer of cloth are not permitted. 

  • Try to maintain an appropriate social distance of 6 feet apart from all other ticketed guests in the arena, where feasible.  

  • Wash hands frequently with soap and water and/or alcohol-based sanitizer located within the TD Garden.

Boston Garden Society Entrances

BGS ticketed guests (Club Seat, Ford Sportsdeck, & Suite tickets) must enter through exclusive entrances located on Level 1 (North Station level), Level 2 Hub B (through The Hub on Causeway), and Levels P1-P2 in the North Station Parking Garage. 
 
Doors open two hours prior to the scheduled game time. Once you enter and scan your ticket, there is no re-entry. When using mobile tickets, we recommend each member of your party has their ticket on their phone prior to arrival to ensure a quick entry.

Boston Garden Society Will Call – TD Garden Box Office

The BGS will call window will be open to assist with Mobile ticket troubleshooting, however, we cannot print or hold tickets. All events are mobile-only.

Ticketed In A Suite?

Pre-ordering your food & beverage is highly recommended. All pre-orders will be placed through our Suites Catering Manager, Chelsea Falkenstein. She will be contacting you to provide the pre-order form and walk you through the ordering process. The deadline to pre-order is 3 business days before your ticketed event. 
 
A game-day food menu is available, though options are limited. Guests can order take-out style offerings from the 1928 Club, available for pickup on level 5 (next to the BGS elevators).  

A game-day beverage menu will be available to order separately. Instructions are available to guest upon suite arrival. Beverages will be delivered to guests in their suite. 
 
Interested in dining in the 1928 Club instead? 
At this time, the 1928 Club will be open for all Boston Garden Society guests as our only sit-down dining option in TD Garden. Make your reservation for table-side wait service. Reserve now.

Face masks are required to be worn at all times in TD Garden – including inside your designated suite. You can remove your face mask while actively eating or drinking ONLY. 

Guests are welcome to remain in their suite up to 30 minutes post-game.  

Ticketed In A Club Seat?

In-seat wait service is not currently available. Guests can order take-out style offerings available for pickup at Society Provisions, located on level 5, behind the Ford Sportsdeck. Conveniently order from your seat using the TD Garden Hub app on your mobile phone. Mobile order instructions are available to guests at their seats upon arrival. Walk-up kiosks are also available for guests to place orders at Society Provisions.

At this time, the 1928 Club will be open for all Boston Garden Society guests as our only sit-down dining option in TD Garden. Make your reservation for table-side wait service.  Reserve now

In-arena proshop locations will not be accessible from Boston Garden Society levels 5 & 6 at this time. 

Please visit our new ProShop location at the Hub on Causeway, open before and after the game, conveniently located on level 1 of TD Garden (North Station Level).
