A

Accessible Seating
Accessible and companion seats are available at each seating level. Seating locations vary depending on particular events. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating.

Age
All individuals two years of age or older must possess a valid ticket for entry into the TD Garden. A child under two years of age is admitted free of charge for all events, provided that the child sits on a patron’s lap. Occasionally, a family show (Disney On Ice, Globetrotters, Ringling Bros. & Barnum and Bailey, etc.) will require children younger than two years old to purchase a ticket.

Airports
Boston’s Logan International Airport is located less than (4) four miles away from the Garden. This is the closest airport to the arena.

Aisles
For safety and as a courtesy to other ticket holders, patrons are prohibited from sitting or standing in the aisles. Any guest not in compliance may be subject to eviction.

Alcohol Service Management/Policy
Massachusetts residents must present a valid MA driver’s license, MA liquor ID, MA ID Card, passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be a least 21 years of age (expired licenses, damaged licenses and driver’s licenses, which do not have photos, will not be accepted).

Out of state visitors must present a valid driver’s license, passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be a least 21 years of age (expired licenses, damaged licenses and driver’s licenses, which do not have photos, will not be accepted). In addition out of state visitors under 25 must also present a secondary form of ID such as a signed credit card.

International visitors must present a valid passport that shows the patron to be 21 years of age (expired/damaged passports or any other form of identification will not be accepted)

Providing alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 at the TD Garden is against the law. Violators who provide alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21, as well as anyone under the age of 21 who accepts an alcoholic beverage, will be evicted from the TD Garden and could face prosecution and revocation of season tickets or other privileges.

Animals
The only animals that patrons are allowed to bring into the Garden are those serving as guide, signal or service animals to aid guests with disabilities. Guests escorted by service animals may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat, but may request accessible seating.

Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are available for loan at the Guest Relations Office located on Level 4, Loge 4. Identification must be left to check out the listening device.

ATM’s
TD Bank ATM machines are located in the following areas:

  • Level 4 (Loge) – On concourse outside Section 7/8
  • Level 5 (Premium/Suite Level) – On concourse near the East elevator and West escalator
  • Level 7 (Balcony) – On concourse outside Section 307
  • Inside North Station – At the TD Bank Service Kiosk. Four ATM’s are also available in North Station for your convenience

AT&T SportsDeck
The AT&T SportsDeck is located in the East end of the arena, on Level 5 of The Premium Club. Only those with tickets valid specifically for the AT&T SportsDeck are allowed entry. An AT&T SportsDeck ticket also allows access to select Premium Club restaurants and The Sports Museum. Baby Changing Facilities
Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms throughout the Garden. Please note there are no “Family Restrooms” in the arena.

Bag Searches (See also Prohibited Items)
Bags, backpacks, luggage, laptops, coolers, parcels, briefcases and like articles will be strictly prohibited from the TD Garden. All guests will be subject to search, at the discretion of TD Garden staff, of their person and/or possessions (including laptops and women’s handbags of normal size that may be allowed entry after such search). Patrons with prohibited articles will be turned away at the entrances and no storage or “check area” will be provided for such items. Enforcement will be without exceptions. Banners Harbor View
Banners Harbor View is The Premium Club’s fine dining restaurant, located on Level 6 of the arena. Dining in Banners Harbor View is available for the exclusive enjoyment of all Premium Club ticket holders (Levels 5 & 6).

Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted inside the Garden, provided that Garden management may prohibit and confiscate signs that are not event-related, that are excessive in size or that contain indecent or derogatory comments or images, political statements, or commercial references. Signs and banners may not be hung anywhere in the Garden or displayed in any way that obstructs the view of others or advertising signage. No signs or banners with poles or sticks are permitted.

Binoculars
Patrons are welcome to bring a pair of binoculars to the Garden to enhance their overall experience.

Bottles and Containers (See also prohibited Items)
Patrons are not permitted to carry bottles or containers into the TD Garden at any time.

Box Office
The TD Garden Box Office is located on the west side of the North Station Platform. The Box Office does not accept any incoming phone calls. For support on previously placed orders, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800.653.8000.

Bus and Limousine Drop-Off
There is no designated parking for buses or limousines at the TD Garden. The best drop-off location is on Causeway Street, which is the street that runs in front of the TD Garden.

Cancelled/Postponed Events
In the rare event that a TD Garden event is postponed or canceled, please visit the TD Garden website or call 617.624.1000 for up-to-date information on scheduled events.

Camera Policy
Sporting Events: Non-flash, still cameras without a detachable lens, may be used to take pictures of sporting events or events where house lights are illuminated during a performance. Cameras with detachable lens are prohibited from all TD Garden events. Any tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without building issued media credentials.

Concerts and other events: The Event Promoter reserves the right to deny camera use at any time during or before the concert and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable. Cameras with detachable lens are prohibited at all TD Garden concerts. The use of flash photography is also prohibited.

Catering (Special Events)
Extensive special event catering services are available for corporate events, fundraisers, holiday party, and other special events. For an event that involves a game or event (concert or family show) at the TD Garden, call 617.624.1VIP (1847). If you are looking to book an event that does not involve tickets to an event at the TD Garden, please call 617.624.1638.

Changeovers
Changeovers from basketball to hockey set-up and vice versa, and for other events, generally require approximately 3.5 hours. It is not unusual for the TD Garden to host different types of events in the same day.

Charitable Donations
Garden Neighborhood Charities is the philanthropic arm of the TD Garden. Its mission is to provide support, through grants, in-kind donations, volunteerism and community events, to charitable organizations and programs making a positive impact in our neighborhood of Greater Boston.

Club Seats (The Premium Club)
If you are attending an event with a Club Seat ticket, please enter through The Premium Club entrances located at the east and west end of North Station. Coat Check
The TD Garden does not provide an area to check coats or any other personal belongings. The TD Garden is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Commuter Rail
The MBTA operates the North Station commuter rail station, located on the ground floor beneath the TD Garden. North Station is home to the northbound and westbound commuter rail as well as a subway station located adjacent to the east entrance.

Concessions
On each level of the TD Garden, there are various concession stands offering many food and beverage options. Click here for a list of concessions stands and food offerings. Please note that food items are not cooked in peanut oil and peanuts sold at the TD Garden are prepackaged.

Courtside Club
The Courtside Club is located inside Legends. The Courtside Club is exclusive to those ticket holders with courtside seats to Boston Celtics games.

Cross Insurance Boardroom, The (The Premium Club)
The Cross Insurance Boardroom is located in the West End of the arena, on Levels 5 and 6 of The Premium Club. Access to The Cross Insurance Boardroom is limited to patrons with Boardroom tickets. A Boardroom ticket also allows access to The Premium Club restaurants, as well as The Sports Museum.

Door Opening Times
The time the doors to the TD Garden open will vary according to the event. Unless otherwise specifically noted, the typical times are noted below. Please check in advance by calling 617.624.1000.

Bruins – East and West Premium Doors open two hours prior to game time. General doors open one hour prior to game time.
Celtics – East and West Premium Doors open two hours prior to game time. General doors open one hour prior to game time.
Concerts/Other Events – Doors open one hour prior to the event unless otherwise specifically noted.

Draft Ops Sky Lounge
The Draft Ops Sky Lounge is located on Level 5 of The Premium Club and has a large bar, plasma televisions, and a great view of the action. Club Seat ticket holders have access to this area to mingle and enjoy food and beverage during all Bruins and Celtics games. The Draft Ops Sky Lounge is also available to rent for private parties during other TD Garden events. For more information, call 617.624.1VIP (1847).

Drop Off and Pick-Up Points
There are no designated drop-off or pick-up locations. The best place to arrange for drop-off and pick-up for TD Garden events is along Causeway Street, which runs in front of the TD Garden.

Elevators
The TD Garden has three public elevators available to the general public. One is located in the southeast corner of the arena, the second is located in the southwest corner, and the third is in the center of the train platform servicing Levels 1 & 2.

End Times
There is no definitive end time for concerts. Bruins and Celtics games are generally two and a half to three hours in duration.

Entry/Exit
The TD Garden has escalators located near the East and West entrances in North Station that provide access to the ticket turnstiles and to each level of seating. Please follow the direction of TD Garden staff and/or refer to the section listed on your ticket as to which level to access. Upon exiting the arena, you may leave the TD Garden through the escalators you entered or stairwells leading out of the building.

Escalators
The TD Garden has thirteen (13) escalators that service each level between Level 1 and Level 7.

Executive View presented by Dav El
The Executive View presented by Dav El overlooks the TD Garden parquet or ice and includes 25 tickets, dinner, and the ability to host a presentation.

Facility Fee
The purpose of a facility fee is to defray general operating costs for the venue and its events. You will find that many venues are charging this type of fee and that it is in line with industry standards. A facility fee is charged to each ticket purchased to the TD Garden and may vary depending on the type of event.

The TD Garden is committed to ensuring a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Any guest in need of assistance during an event you should:

Fan Zones
In addition to the ProShop powered by Reebok, there are novelty stands called Fan Zones located on Levels 2, 4, 5, and 7 in the TD Garden. Here you will find Bruins and Celtics clothing and other items. During other events, concession stands with official event-specific merchandise will be open in addition to the Fan Zones.

First Aid
The First Aid office is located on Level 4 across from Section 15/16.

Food and Beverages
Guests may not bring food and/or beverage items into the arena at any time. Guests must dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entrance into the arena. The Guest Relations Office will not check-in or store any food or beverage items.

Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact the TD Garden at 617.624.1331 or via email at customerservice@tdgarden.com.

The Garden Gold Card is an exclusive gift card that can be used at the TD Garden and is available in a TD Garden, Bruins, or Celtics theme. Garden HDX
Installed prior to the 2006-07 season, Garden HDX was the country’s first indoor arena, fully functional high-definition scoreboard. This massive state-of-the-art scoreboard features four larger than life screens along with three rings of LED technology, bringing fans closer to the action with amazing clarity. Garden Neighborhood Charities

Garden View, The
Overlooking the action on the TD Garden parquet or ice, this is the ideal hospitality space for 40-60 guests. Located on the premium seating level of the arena, The Garden View combines the luxury of a private executive suite with the atmosphere of an upscale sports lounge.

Goal (Bruins)
The goal in front of Sections 6 and 7, at the arena’s west end; the Bruins shoot at this goal twice during the first and third periods.

The Heineken Green Room is an all-new seating and hospitality space on level 5 of The Premium Club. Ice Resurfacer Rides
The unique opportunity of riding an ice resurfacer requires a $150 donation to the Boston Bruins Foundation. All riders must be 12 years of age or older. For more information or to set up a ride, please call 617.624.1955. Ice resurfacer rides are subject to availability.

Inclement Weather Policy
In the rare event that a TD Garden event is postponed or canceled due to inclement weather, please visit the TD Garden website for up-to-date information on scheduled events. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be promptly posted on the TD Garden website, as well as on our main information telephone line at 617.624.1000.

Insiders Club
The Garden Insiders Club is the free email club of the TD Garden. Garden Insiders receive access to exclusive ticket packages, breaking news alerts, presale access to select shows, and more.

Interpretive Services
The TD Garden will arrange for interpretive services, if notified at the time of purchase, for concerts and family shows. Patrons can call the ADA line at 617.624.1754 or email accessibleneeds@dncboston.com to request this service.

Intoxicated Guests
TD Garden reserves the right to deny entry to intoxicated guests. Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

Legends
Set in the heart of the TD Garden, Legends is a private, members-only sports club where you and your guests can enjoy the memories of Boston’s best with an upscale, yet relaxed atmosphere. Legends opens two hours before a game and remains open one hour after the end of each game.

Lighting
Please be advised that lasers, mist and strobe lights, or any combination of, may be used during any event.

Lockers
There is no public lockers or storage in the TD Garden.

Lost and Found
Did you lose something during an event at TD Garden? You can report lost items by filling out this form here. In the ‘Notes’ section, please include as much information about the item as possible, such as color and physical description. If an item is turned in that matches your item, you will be contacted to verify details of the item.

A form must be submitted online for all lost and found inquiries.
Unclaimed items will be discarded/donated 30 days after the date the item is turned in.
If your item is located, pickup will be arranged at our Executive Office entrance located in North Station during normal business hours. You will be asked to present a valid photo ID for release of your item.

Lost Children
Children should be directed to the nearest TD Garden staff member should they become lost. Lost children will be taken to the Guest Relations Office (Level 4, Section 4). Parents looking for a lost child should go to this office as well.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
If you have lost your tickets or they have been stolen before your event takes place, please return to your point of purchase for further assistance. If you have purchased tickets through Ticketmaster phone or Ticketmaster online, please call Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800.653.8000.

Media Access
Media credentials can be requested by calling 617.624.1000 and asking for the TD Garden Public Relations department. You must be an accredited member of the media on assignment to be considered.

Merchandise
The TD Garden has many points of sale where guests may purchase merchandise at an event.

Messages on Garden HDX
Scoreboard Messages are available for both Bruins and Celtics games for a donation. For Bruins games, a donation of $150 to the Boston Bruins Foundation is required. For Celtics games, a donation of $50 to Garden Neighborhood Charities is required. Ten days of notice is required for scoreboard messages.

North Station Garage
With the most convenient parking for every game and show, the North Station Garage, located directly underneath the TD Garden, offers a flat event rate* of $45 when you enter 2 and 1/2 hours prior to the scheduled event time. Elevators located in the parking garage will bring you directly to the main concourse in North Station.

With the most convenient parking for every game and show, the North Station Garage, located directly underneath the TD Garden, offers a flat event rate* of $45 when you enter 2 and 1/2 hours prior to the scheduled event time. To request a Player Appearance, please contact the Boston Bruins or Boston Celtics community relations department. There are no appearances on game days.

Premium Club, The
The Premium Club is an exclusive membership-only club dedicated to providing members with the highest levels of service. As a member of the Premium Club, you receive access to tickets to sold-out games and concerts, the hottest theater shows, private trips with celebrities and access to tee times at the country’s most prestigious golf courses. Premium Club Bistro
The Premium Club Bistro is located on Level 5 of the arena. A more casual restaurant, the Premium Club Bistro does not accept reservations and has different food stations throughout the restaurant, including pizza, deli and more. The Premium Club Bistro is usually open 2 hours prior to all events through the end of the event.

ProShop powered by Reebok
The ProShop powered by Reebok is located on Level 2 of the TD Garden. It can be accessed via escalators on the east and west sides of North Station or via the elevator on Level 1 of North Station. The ProShop powered by Reebok carries Bruins and Celtics merchandise, NHL, NBA and other local team products. Protective Netting (Hockey)
During hockey games at the TD Garden, protective netting is hung above the glass behind both goals. This precaution limits the amount of pucks that leave the ice and enter the seating area. Although the netting provides some protection from injury, the TD Garden reminds you to stay alert at all times.

Pucks
Pucks that go into the stands during hockey games may be kept by the patron who catches the puck. Please note that while protective netting is put in place at each end of the rink, pucks may still go into the stands. The hockey pucks are made out of 100% vulcanized rubber and are chilled. When the pucks go into the stands it can cause serious injuries, so please stay alert at all times. Please notify a Guest Relations Team Member if you get hit or hurt by a puck.

Random Number Distribution (RND)
For many shows appearing at the TD Garden, Random Number Distribution (RND) is used during the on-sale to ensure the fairest system to purchase tickets and to help eliminate the threat of “scalpers.”

Re-Entry
There is no re-entry to the arena. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies (i.e. retrieve medicine from vehicle), must first make contact with a Guest Relations Supervisor to make necessary arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges
The TD Garden has a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all events.

Restaurants
No matter what the event, the TD Garden can satisfy your hunger. Aside from general concessions, Delaware North SportService provides our upscale dining and services through its Restaurant Services Group, Well Bread. Click here for more information on dining options within the TD Garden.

Restrooms
Men’s and Women’s restrooms may be found near the following locations in the Arena:

Level 4
Men’s – Loge 4, Loge 8, Loge 15 and Loge 19
Women’s – Loge 5, Loge 9, Loge 16, and Loge 20

Level 5 & 6
Private restrooms in each suite. There are also general restrooms available for use on each level.

Level 7
Men’s – Section 306, Section 311, Section 321, Section 326
Women’s – Section 306, Section 311, Section 321, Section 326

Please note that there are no family restrooms in the TD Garden, however, baby changing stations are located in every restroom.

Sports Museum, The
The Sports Museum is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational institution that has served Boston and New England for more than 30 years. Located on Levels 5 and 6 of the TD Garden, The Sports Museum preserves and showcases the distinctly rich sports heritage of New England through an unparalleled collection of artifacts, multimedia, works of art, and interactive exhibits, and uses all of that to help build character and teach the values of leadership, respect, and cooperation to our youth.

Standing
The TD Garden asks all guests to remain seated during events. Depending on the demographics of the event (such as concerts), standing may be accepted as normal protocol. Guests are permitted to stand if the majority of the audience is doing the same. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in eviction from the event.

Stoppage of Play Policy
As a courtesy to your fellow ticketholders, we ask that, during sporting events, you refrain from walking around in the seating area until there is a stoppage in play (during sporting events). The Guest Relations Team Member in your section will ask that you stand to the side of the entry way into the arena and let you know when you are able to go back to your seat. We thank you for complying with this policy.

Strobes
Please be advised that lasers, mist and strobe lights, or any combination of, may be used during any event.

Strollers
If necessary, guests may bring strollers to events at the arena. Please understand, however, that these strollers must be collapsible and fit under your seat. You may not leave strollers in the walkways, gates, or concourses and our staff will not guard these items for you. The TD Garden is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged strollers. Strollers may be checked at the Guest Relations Office on Level 4, near Loge 4.

Suite Rentals

Ticketing Procedures
Consumer Warning – The TD Garden uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should ensure that the seller is a TD Garden licensed ticket seller, such as the TD Garden Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster by phone, and Ticketmaster.com. Otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission. Click here for more information about ticketing procedures.

Ticketmaster Charges
Ticketmaster surcharges cover the costs of performing the administrative functions necessary to process ticket orders, as well as for shipping. There are three ways to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster. If you choose to use Ticketmaster’s phone or Internet service, you will be assessed a facility fee, a convenience and shipping charge. If you choose to utilize a Ticketmaster outlet to purchase tickets, you will be assessed a facility fee and a convenience charge. You may avoid Ticketmaster charges only by purchasing tickets in person at the TD Garden Box Office.

Tours
Private tours of the TD Garden are not given, however The Sports Museum does offer tours between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM and are included in the museum admission. Use of movie cameras and video or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited by event promoters, and the TD Garden reserves the right to confiscate any tape or film.

VIP Tickets

Water
Guests may request a complimentary cup of water at any concession stand located within the TD Garden. Additionally, Guests may visit the Guest Relations Office on Level 4 outside of Section 4 or the First Aid Office on Level 4 outside of Section 16.

Weapons
Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. TD Garden does not provide weapon lockers. Click here for more information about the TD Garden policies.

Wheelchairs
Guests with disabilities and their companions may enjoy wheelchair space locations that are dispersed both vertically and horizontally throughout the facility in numerous price ranges. For more information on accessibility please click here.

Wheelchair Escorts
Wheelchair Escorts are available for disabled guests who may need assistance getting to or from their seat. Our escorts will meet a guest at the entry doors and assist them to their seat as well as meeting them at the end of event and escorting them to nearest exit. Will Call
The Ford Pick-Up window is for Ticketmaster purchases, team and internal reservations marked for will call. The Ford Pick-Up window opens two hours prior to any event. Will Call tickets are available on the day of event only. Patrons picking up tickets will have to provide photo ID and the credit card used in the purchase to obtain the reservation.
