Garden Neighborhood Charities Policies

Official Policies and Procedures for Garden Neighborhood Charities Ticket Orders:

  1. There is no maximum number of tickets that you can order. Open it up to your staff and other branches of your organization! Please combine small orders to guarantee seat locations.

  2. All orders will be filled on first-come, first-served basis. To avoid a sell out performance, please submit your order as early as possible. Multiple orders are permitted, but we cannot guarantee your seat locations when tickets are purchased on separate orders.

  3. The offer is for balcony seating only. If there are other locations available, it will be indicated on your offer. Offer expires at date and time indicated on your Garden Neighborhood Charities email offer.

  4. Follow These Steps to Purchase Tickets:
    1. CLICK HERE and use Promo Code: gardencharities (all lowercase)
    2. Select the Performance you wish to purchase tickets for and click "Available Seating"
    3. Click "Add to Cart" and specify the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase
    4. Select Shipping Method "Will Call" and click "Checkout"
    5. Fill in the correct billing and credit card information and click "Verify Order"
    6. Verify that your order information is correct and click "Checkout"
    7. You will get a purchase confirmation number and a verification page to print for your records
  5. If you wish to pay by check, please call (617) 624-1853. There is a 20 ticket minimum for check orders. Checks must be received 2 weeks prior to the show date and be made payable to TD Garden.

  6. All tickets will be left at the Will Call window at the Garden Box Office located at the West entrance of the TD Garden. Once you receive an email that your order has been fulfilled, your tickets are ready to be picked up. Please allow 48 hours from the time your order is completed and/or payment received to pick up your tickets. You will need the name of the person who placed the order for your organization and a valid photo id to pick up your tickets. The tickets will be held at the Box Office until Showtime.
