Acceptable Forms of Entry

The TD Garden is committed to ensuring an enjoyable customer experience. If you are attending a TD Garden event, please familiarize yourself with the acceptable forms of entry in advance.

CREDIT CARD ENTRY (SELECT EVENTS — DELIVERY METHOD)

If you selected ‘send to my credit card’ as your delivery method, you must attend the event with the credit card you selected AND a valid government issued photo ID. Once tickets have been placed on your credit card, they are non-transferrable and the entire party must enter the venue at the same time. For more information, visit www.ticketmaster.com/paperless.

MEMBER ID CARD (BOSTON CELTICS ONLY – “PARQUET PASS”)

If you selected ‘send to my member ID card’ as your delivery method, you must attend the event with your member ID card. Once tickets have been placed on your member ID card, they are non-transferrable and the entire party must enter the venue at the same time. For more information, click here.

MOBILE TICKET

If you selected ‘mobile entry’ as your delivery method, make sure to bookmark My Ticketmaster or My Account Manager in your mobile browser or download the Ticketmaster iPhone or Android app. If you are an iPhone user, you can also add your tickets to Passbook. Print-at-home ticket PDFs displayed on a mobile device will not be accepted as a form of entry.

PAPERLESS TICKET (SELECT EVENTS — AS ANNOUNCED)

If the seat location or event you’ve purchased uses paperless tickets, the original ticket purchaser must attend the event with the credit card used to purchase AND a valid government issued photo ID. Paperless tickets are non-transferrable and the entire party must enter the venue at the same time. For more information, visit www.ticketmaster.com/paperless.

PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET

If you selected ‘print-at-home’ as your delivery method, make sure to print your ticket PDF and bring them to the event. Print-at-home ticket PDFs displayed on a mobile device will not be accepted as a form of entry.

PRINTED TICKET

If you have printed season tickets, Premium Club tickets, tickets purchased at the box office or a Ticketmaster outlet, or opted to receive your tickets by mail during purchase, simply bring them with you to the event.

CONSUMER WARNING

The TD Garden reminds fans to be wary of purchasing counterfeit tickets. Fans are encouraged to only buy tickets from authorized ticket agencies. The ONLY authorized sales agents for TD Garden events are the TD Garden Sales Department, TD Garden Box Office and Ticketmaster. The ONLY authorized ticket resale service is Ticketmaster’s Ticket Exchange.

Tickets purchased from any other sources are done at the buyer’s risk and may not be valid. The TD Garden is not able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. Invalid tickets must be confiscated by the TD Garden Box Office and a copy of the tickets will be provided at the customer’s request. Customers with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase replacement tickets, but seating location and/or price is based upon availability.
